Damien Zoubek is the US Managing Partner and Co-Head of US Corporate and M&A at Freshfields in New York. With over two decades of experience, Damien specializes in mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism defense, distressed M&A and bankruptcy auctions, and corporate governance. His practice spans various industries, notably aerospace and defense.
