Weil advises SevenRooms on $1.2 billion acquisition by DoorDash
SevenRooms is a New York City-based hospitality software company founded in 2011, providing CRM, marketing and operations tools to more than 13,000 dining, hotel F&B, nightlife and entertainment venues globally. DoorDash is acquiring SevenRooms in a US$1.2 billion transaction from PSG, which had invested in the company in 2020. The sale is by PSG, and follows PSG's earlier investment in SevenRooms in 2020.
