His practice is centered on cross-border private equity transactions across Europe, leveraging over a decade of experience as a corporate lawyer in Italy. Luca is triple-qualified in England & Wales, New York, and Italy, and plays an active role in the firm's Italian practice. He has significant expertise in venture capital and growth equity transactions, adhering to NVCA and BVCA standards. Before joining Gibson Dunn, Luca honed his skills at Cleary Gottlieb in both London and Milan. He holds a law degree with honors from Università Commerciale L. Bocconi and a Master of Laws from Columbia Law School.
